  What's On

Sunday Morning Service

We meet every Sunday at 10.30 for about an hour and a half. We have a time of sung worship followed by a Bible-based message whilst also making space for people to share their stories, receive prayer and to take communion. We have a Sunday School and creche for young children. We are very informal and so just wear your everyday clothes [although you can put your Sunday best on if you’d like].

Welcome to Formby Elim

House of Prayer

Jesus is the prime example of a life lived through prayer that offers relevance, purpose, answers and, most of all, a relationship with Father God. He prayed prayers of thanks, prayers for healing, prayers for His disciples, and prayers for society as a whole. As we attempt to emulate Him, we provide a safe and stimulating place to pray.   [see Calendar]

Little Sparks

This is our baby and toddler group on Tuesdays from 10-11.30 [term-time only]. A friendly and fun environment with dairy and gluten-free snack time, imaginative play, craft time, a wide range of toys, song time, and unlimited tea and coffee for the adults. What else could you want?

Adaeze comes from an African word that means ‘daughter of the king’. We believe that all women are daughters of God, our heavenly king. We meet on the first Wednesday of every month and have a varied programme, aimed at building up and encouraging women to know their heavenly Father.   [see Calendar]

Adaeze Flier

Fountains is our monthly church for adults with additional needs. We want to create a church full of fun, faith and friendship.

For more information about this please contact Cath Morgan on 01704 560399.   [see Calendar]

Men's Breakfast

One Saturday morning a month, the men of Formby Elim love to tear into some meat and drink a load of coffee together. Not sure why – we just love to eat and have a laugh as well as to encourage one another. If you don’t like meat or coffee, then you can choose tea and toast. All are welcome [if you’re male].   [see Calendar]
